    Our client is a well-established food manufacturer who is getting ready for an ERP upgrade, from Dynamics GP to Business Central, and is in need of a Business Systems Manager to lead support and improvement efforts on the software.

    This role will act as a liaison between technical teams and company stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate those into a system designed to improve workflows and maximize output.

    Your New Role:

    * Responsible for providing leadership in all activities related to the quality, release, and support of enterprise business software products.
    * Provide application consulting and subject matter expertise to their D365 Business Centra ERP System, along with WMS and EDI add-ons
    * Review projects which involve ERP development, analyze existing business models and workflows, and translate the overall requirements into technical specifications.
    * Work directly with user groups to plan testing, schedule and roll out software releases, train users on new product usage, and follow the release process through to user acceptance.
    * Provide second level support for users with ERP related issues.
    * Enhance reporting efforts using Power BI
    * Lead the Phase 2 Implementation of the product, working closely with manufacturing, distribution, and other operations teams

    Qualifications

    * The ideal candidate will have a good functional understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O on top of a technical background
    * Strong X++ coding experience is a must
    * Experience in D365 F&O is needed / Dynamics AX 2012 is a plus!
    * Power Automate and Power BI experience or at least exposure is a must
