Job Title: Senior Business Consultant

Location: Sydney CBD (3 days WFH).

Salary: up to $140k +

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Overview: Nigel Frank in collaboration with our client who is a global Saas provider is seeking a Senior Business Consultant to join the team. This role is ideal for someone with either strong consulting experience or trust and corporate services experience. If you have Microsoft Dynamics Business Central experience it's a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Business Consultant - Entity Admin, you will provide expert guidance and support in implementing, customizing, and optimizing software for our clients. Your role involves understanding client needs, configuring the software accordingly, and offering ongoing support to ensure seamless operations and maximum application utilization.

* Client Engagement: Understand clients' entity administration needs, business processes, and operational challenges.
* Solution Design: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design tailored solutions within the software, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
* Configuration and Customisation: Configure and customize the application to meet client specifications, including data model setup, workflow design, user interface customization, and system integration.
* Implementation Support: Lead or assist in software implementation, including data migration, system testing, user training, and post-implementation support.
* Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Address technical issues, system errors, and user inquiries promptly during the implementation phase.
* Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including system configurations, user guides, training materials, and best practices for knowledge transfer and continuity.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, system optimizations, and enhancements to meet evolving client needs and industry trends.
* Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients' end-users and administrators to ensure effective application use.
* Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including software developers, business analysts, project managers, and client stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure application quality, reliability, and security by adhering to standards, conducting testing, and implementing best practices.

Travel to offices and client sites in the UK, Channel Islands, and internationally may be required.

Essential Experience:

* Strong Consulting experience of 3+ years, OR 3+ years in trust and corporate experience.
* Strong customer-facing experience.
* Strong Business knowledge.

Preferred Experience:

* Familiarity with NavOne, Viewpoint Connect, Viewpoint Engage, efileConnect, TQ Online, and Dynamics 365 Business Central.
* Extensive Entity Management Experience.

Advantageous Qualifications:

* Degree in any field.
* CoSec qualification (e.g., ICSA/CGIUKI, MAICSA).
