Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the Dynamics team to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
* Oversee the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics projects.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Ensure the successful execution of Dynamics projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
* Develop and implement best practices, standards, and procedures for Dynamics solutions.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
* Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Microsoft Dynamics and related technologies.
* Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity within the team.
* Manage relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
* Drive strategic initiatives to enhance the company's Dynamics service offerings.

Skills and Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Proven experience in managing and delivering Microsoft Dynamics projects.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
* Extensive experience with D365 Finance & Operations in Dynamics.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
* Certification in Microsoft Dynamics (preferred).
