Functional Consultant - Dynamics 365 CRM

Job Description

My Client is actively looking for a Functional CRM Consultant to join their forward-thinking delivery team working on all stages of exciting projects using Dynamics 365 CE within the U.K.
They are a leading Microsoft partner working with a number of customers across a number of industries including Media, Education and Utilities.

A flexible home-based role, which will require occasional travel to customer premises U.K wide, however the amount of travel will vary dependant on the phrase of the customer project.

This role offers a competitive starting salary up to £55k with additional benefits as well as the opportunity for the candidate to expand their experience with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE.



Role & Responsibilities

* Gathering requirements in order to understand the needs of each customer project and developing design documentation
* Proactive nature when working on the functional configurations and UAT of new features and development
* Helping customers to train key users as well as ensuring the go-live stage of the project is smooth and efficient
* Confident approach to bespoke projects using Power Platform and Power Automate.

Skills & Qualifications

* Experience working in all the stages of a project lifecycle, ensuring requirements are met throughout.
* Strong understanding and knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE demonstrating abilities in one or more of the following modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Field Service).
* Cooperative approach demonstrating your ability to work as part of a team or individually.
* Analytical mindset to pre-empt and recognise challenges throughout the lifecycle of the project.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as having a confident approach to interacting with customers and stakeholders.
