My client is a Partner looking to hire multiple Support Engineers at various levels, building out their team for new exciting projects in process.
As the chosen Support Engineer, you will be in charge of helpdesk ticketing and providing 1st line technical support by identifying and troubleshooting issues.
You will be involved with:
* Installations
* Maintenance
* Configurations
* Hardware
* Networking
Key skills (the more you have the better your chances):
* 1st line support experience
* Problem solving
* Troubleshooting
* MS Office/ Windows
* Networking
* Hardware
Advantageous
* Microsoft Intune
* Azure AD
Details of the role:
* Salary up to £30K
* Hybrid (4 days in office)
