Business Central System Administrator

**HYBRID ROLE** MUST BE ABLE TO GO ON-SITE IN CHANTILLY, VA





Responsibilities:

* End User Support: Assist end users with Dynamics Business Central ERP System, including troubleshooting and resolving transactional issues, and providing guidance on system functionality.
* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing business processes, such as adopting new features, integrating new systems, and optimizing workflows.
* Project Ownership: Manage functional delivery for assigned projects or activities from start to finish.
* Training and Reviews: Lead or participate in end-user training sessions and stakeholder reviews related to your area of expertise.
* System Administration: Oversee user setup, system permissions, and system functionality.
* Research and Solutions: Investigate system issues and solutions as needed.
* Communication: Present ideas and data clearly to diverse audiences across all organizational levels.
* Self-Motivation: Exhibit a high level of self-motivation and attention to detail.
* Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic technical environment with rapid changes in direction and focus.
* Task Management: Prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in an ERP solution environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals from diverse social, cultural, and educational backgrounds
* In-depth understanding of operational and business workflows
* Excellent conceptual, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
* Comprehensive knowledge of the systems development lifecycle, including business analysis, requirements gathering, cost-benefit analysis, change management, process reengineering, use cases, user acceptance testing, data migration, user training, and ongoing system support
