A Dynamics 365 Business Central end user in the manufacturing sector is seeking a Controller to play a hands-on role in day-to-day financial reporting responsibilities and provide strategic guidance for company expansion.

This is a small, family owned company who is looking for someone who has expertise working with organizations who are about to embark on a growth phase, capable of identifying ways to cut operational costs and optimize workflow efficiency. We need a candidate who is very hands-on in taking on projects across accounting, FP&A, and ERP not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty.

This position will be an integral role to the company's future, identifying and building upon paths for growth and new product development, working closely with the CEO on making crucial business decisions.

What You'll Need:

* 10+ years of experience in a financial leadership position
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or D365 Business Central, implementation and upgrade experience a plus
* Deep knowledge of manufacturing, cost accounting, inventory, etc. processes
* Capability of using reporting and business intelligence tools such as Jet Reports or Power BI
* Financial planning & analysis background, with a key focus on process improvement
* Experience leading accounting teams (roughly 3 direct reports in this position)
