Job Title: Finance Functional Consultant (D365 BC)
Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid, 2-3 days in-office)

Position Summary:
Our client, a leading consulting firm, is looking for a Finance Functional Consultant with D365 Business Central expertise to drive customer implementations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing full lifecycle implementations and a strong finance background to work directly with clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and support full lifecycle implementations of D365 Business Central for finance modules.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning system functionality with business needs, specifically for financial processes.
* Utilize accounting expertise to drive insights, guide implementations, and support post-go-live activities.
* Ensure smooth project execution by coordinating with cross-functional teams and maintaining clear communication with clients.
* Provide ongoing support for client-facing interactions, with a focus on understanding and exceeding client expectations.

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Finance Functional Consultant, specifically with D365 Business Central.
* Accounting or finance background essential for a successful application.
* Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
* Availability for a hybrid work schedule, 2-3 days a week in-office.
* Client-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage high client expectations.
