Your Skills & Qualifications:

* Education:

* Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field (minimum 3 years).
* Alternatively, 5+ years of hands-on experience if no degree.

* Technical Expertise:

* .NET Fullstack experience and familiarity with the Microsoft technology stack.
* Azure experience

* Experience in Norwegian insurance or finance (loan and leasing) is a plus.
* Fluent in Norwegian or another Scandinavian language (oral and written).
* Based in Bergen or plans to move.

Your Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain applications using .NET and MS technologies.
* Contribute across all development phases, from idea generation to production, using Agile and DevSecOps methods.
* Create new solutions from scratch and enhance existing ones to ensure seamless integration.
* Manage parts of the application landscape, including business discussions with customers.
* Participate in projects and release cycles.
