Sr, Business Central BA

My client is seeking a Senior-level Functional Lead to oversee Business Analysts (BAs) and the Business Central (BC) instance. This role will involve driving strategic improvements and guiding the BAs through both operational and systems-based challenges. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience, deep expertise in BC, and a hands-on approach to managing and coaching teams. The position has the potential to evolve into a managerial role, with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and mentor Business Analysts (BAs), ensuring their alignment with business goals and the effective use of Business Central.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that Business Central and other external systems (e.g., Centric, PLM systems) are leveraged to their full potential.
* Act as a hands-on functional lead, taking ownership of the BC instance while guiding BAs through complex system implementations and business processes.
